CBS News has learned most of Puerto Rico will get power back Friday after the island’s strongest earthquake in more than a century. But, as David Begnaud reports, even as the power comes back on, it’s not very reliable. Thousands of people slept outside again Thursday night, safer on cots under tents than in their own home, as earthquakes are still happening.
